4. Shipping and Returns

4.1 Shipping. We ship to the addresses provided by customers at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4.2 Return Policy. We accept returns of products that are at least 75% full within 30 days of purchase. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

4.3 Refunds. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ESSENCE or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
